1、负责字节跳动内部服务集团统一流量服务平台的规划、设计、推进及持续优化，提升平台性能与用户体验，满足集团业务需求； 2、深入调研字节跳动内部业务需求和痛点，制定统一流量服务平台的长期发展战略和规划； 3、与内部各业务部门紧密合作，收集、整理和分析内部用户需求，确定产品优先级；建立有效的需求反馈机制，确保内部用户的声音能够及时转化为产品改进措施； 4、负责统一流量服务平台的产品设计，包括功能模块、界面布局、交互流程等，协同研发团队，推动产品开发进程，确保产品按时交付且质量符合内部标准； 5、制定内部推广策略，提高平台在字节跳动内部的认知度和使用率，组织产品培训，帮助内部用户更好地了解和使用平台功能； 6、收集和分析平台使用数据，挖掘用户行为和需求模式，为产品优化提供依据，持续改进平台性能和用户体验，确保平台始终满足内部用户的需求。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息工程、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具有产品经理工作经验，有内部服务平台或企业级软件产品经验者优先，熟悉云网络和云原生技术，有相关项目经验者更佳； 3、掌握产品设计工具和方法，如Axure、Sketch等，具备良好的数据分析能力，能够运用数据驱动产品决策，了解软件开发流程和项目管理方法，有一定的技术背景； 4、具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同部门的人员有效合作，有强烈的责任心和自我驱动力，能够在快节奏的工作环境中高效完成任务，具备创新思维和问题解决能力，能够不断推动产品进步。
