日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、技术内容执行：支持技术博客和社交媒体内容的编辑、排版与发布，维护重点渠道，对传播效果负责； 2、活动策划执行：根据技术社区用户的偏好，参与社区Meetup、网络研讨会等线上线下活动的策划与组织，协助开源委员会/开源项目落地技术活动，以提升开发者的参与积极性，优化开发者渠道的数量、质量和活跃度； 3、项目监控与活动组织：监控和报告项目指标，评估进展并识别改进方向； 4、社区用户及开发者研究与反馈：管理社区互动并及时响应社区反馈，定期完成社区用户NPS（净推荐值）调研，回访重点企业用户和核心开发者，收集需求和建议，推动团队的优化改进和需求落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程相关专业背景优先； 2、了解技术发展趋势，了解AI/微服务/Go/Rust/云计算/云原生等技术方向优先； 3、良好的时间管理和组织能力，能够处理多个任务； 4、具备良好的沟通能力，对细节把控认真，责任心强； 5、实习至少4个月，一周5天。
