1、搭建并维护活动、官网、邮件等核心渠道的全球营销度量框架与指标体系，统一度量逻辑、对标规则与分析标准；运用统计建模、因果推断、实验设计等方法，评估营销效果与增量价值； 2、将零散业务诉求转化为标准化分析课题，深度拆解营销表现、转化漏斗与受众行为，输出可落地的分析建议，支撑策略制定与资源调配； 3、搭建可复用数据集、分析表与可视化看板，提升分析效率；联动数仓、产品、研发团队优化数据质量与可用性，识别并补齐数据短板； 4、协同全球营销、产品、数据团队统一指标口径与分析规范；负责度量体系全球落地，完成文档、培训与推广，推动标准全面应用； 5、独立负责复杂分析项目全流程，合理排期、把控风险，保障项目高质量准时交付。

1、3-5年及以上数据分析、商业分析、营销/增长分析相关经验；硕士学位及以上优先，统计学、数据科学、计算机、应用数学、经济学等相关专业为佳； 2、精通SQL、Python及Tableau/Power BI等可视化工具；具备扎实统计建模能力，有因果推断、实验、归因、MMM、增量分析等经验者优先； 3、熟悉数仓基础理论，可整合多源数据；具备业务解读、报告撰写与方案输出能力； 4、中英文流利，擅长跨部门、全球化团队协作沟通； 5、学习能力强，逻辑清晰，乐于创新，适应多变的业务环境。
