1、为企业客户提供全生命周期服务解决方案，从客户需求和数据洞察出发，输出服务规则、服务策略、客服知识、服务流程等优化方案，系统性解决用户问题； 2、能够主动识别高风险服务问题，对涉企侵权、仿冒、谣言、舆情危机等做综合研判，建立全链路风险应对机制，输出系统性危机解决方案，与各治理方、PA、PR、法务等团队协同解决； 3、依托「用户声音X巨量云图」产品，能够对关联企业的视频、评论、搜索、用户进线等场景做声量分析和声誉管理，输出助力企业内容投稿和广告投放的洞察，让企业客户在平台更好的经营发展； 4、识别业务痛点并将运营链路产品化，提需产品研发算法团队推动工具化、系统化能力建设，解决业务问题并实现收益，提升整体服务效率与客户体验； 5、通过主动服务和企业负责人建联，打造抖音服务口碑在影响力人群中的正向传播，提升对平台的信任度和美誉度。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上大客户运营/企业服务/高价值服务的经验，有解决方案设计或产品工具建设经验优先； 2、具备较强的复杂问题研判能力，能为客户提供系统性危机应对方案，有风险管理、危机处理相关经验优先； 3、活泼外向，有较好的跨部门组织协调、对企沟通能力，能高效推动多方协作，达成业务目标； 4、学习能力强、目标感强、具备高度责任心，乐于在快速变化的环境中接受挑战。
