1、本科及以上学历，有本地生活行业背景以及服务体验设计、服务策略/用户运营/产品运营相关工作经验优先； 2、有敏锐的问题洞察能力及良好的逻辑思考能力，有产品视角，能够通过产品优化解决问题； 3、具备较强的用户价值导向思维、逻辑思维和问题推动能力； 4、具备较强的行业前瞻性和突破创新能力，能输出策略并落地执行。
