1、扎实的工程基础：计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备2年以上后端或数据平台研发经验；对数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络等基础知识有深入理解； 2、卓越的编程能力：至少精通一门主流后端开发语言（如Go、Java、C++、Python等），具备良好的代码风格与工程素养，能驾驭复杂系统实现； 3、深厚的数据平台经验：熟悉分布式系统的设计与应用，对缓存、消息队列等中间件有实战经验；熟悉至少一种主流大数据计算引擎（如Flink、Spark、Hive等）或OLAP引擎（如ClickHouse、Doris、StarRocks等）； 4、系统设计与抽象能力：具备优秀的逻辑思维与问题解决能力，能够将复杂的业务需求抽象为清晰的系统设计，并推动落地； 5、优秀的协作品质：拥有强烈的责任心与自我驱动力，具备出色的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够积极应对挑战，拥抱变化。

加分项 1、有大规模数据产品或数据中台的研发经验； 2、在数据质量、数据治理、元数据管理或数据安全合规领域有深入实践； 3、对大模型技术有浓厚兴趣，了解数据在模型训练（如SFT、RLHF）或应用如RAG中的作用； 4、在开源社区有活跃贡献，或热衷于技术分享与交流。
