团队介绍：负责字节跳动国际化业务方向的数据 BP 工作，业务版图覆盖国际化场景下的短视频、直播、电商等板块。我们以数据高效驱动业务增长为核心使命，深度扎根各业务条线，以数据体系建设为根基、业务目标达成为导向，为业务方提供专业、稳定、高效的数据服务与架构解决方案。工作内容聚焦海量数据的治理与深度应用，需对产品全链路数据进行复杂且精细化的分析挖掘；既可以深耕大数据产品的迭代优化，探索前沿技术的落地实践；也能够凭借对产品的深度洞察，将数据能力转化为实实在在的业务价值，实现个人成长与业务的突破。

1、负责国际化电商业务的公共基础数据的开发、调优、运维等工作，支持通用的数据需求； 2、参与数据治理，面对EB级存量数据和万亿条级别的新增数据量，提升数据易用性及数据质量，降低数据处理成本； 3、与开发工具、计算引擎、基础架构等底层组件团队紧密合作，探索、落地和推广降本提效的新技术方案； 4、理解并合理抽象业务需求，与业务团队紧密沟通，更好地发挥数据价值。

1、计算机基础知识扎实，具备较好的Coding和SQL能力，能保质保量完成数据建设和分析工作； 2、乐于探索新技术和业界新问题的解决方案，学习主动性强； 3、熟悉大数据相关工具/框架经验者优先，例如：Hadoop，Hive，Spark，Kafka，Flink，ClickHouse等； 4、学习能力和沟通能力强，善于总结复盘者优先； 5、涉及跨国协作，英语听说能力强者优先。
