1、研究公司国际业务涉及的用工模式及合规要求，包括但不限于contractor、EOR、外包及本地雇佣等场景； 2、对接国际法务、外部律所及区域业务团队，识别不同国家/地区的用工风险与要求； 3、持续跟踪重点国家劳动法、税务、数据合规及用工政策变化，形成内部研究与风险判断； 4、将重点国家用工合规要求沉淀为内部SOP、管理制度、审批机制及操作流程，推动标准化建设； 5、建立国际用工风险案例库与知识体系，为业务团队提供政策解读与解决方案支持； 6、协同HR、法务、财务、采购及安全团队，推动全球化用工治理体系建设，参与国际用工相关项目，包括供应商评估、用工模式设计、风险整改与内部培训。

1、本科及以上学历，法学、劳动关系、人力资源、国际商务等相关专业优先； 2、3-8年人力运营相关经验，有以下背景优先：人力服务采购/人力服务供应商/劳动法务与合规； 3、熟悉全球用工常见模式及核心流程，包括但不限于EOR/第三方派遣/流程外包； 4、具备较强的研究能力与信息整合能力，能够快速理解不同国家政策并输出结构化结论； 5、英语可作为工作语言，能够独立与海外法务或外部顾问沟通。
