1、以数据为核心驱动力，深入组织与人才管理的关键议题，通过诊断分析与解决方案设计，支撑人力资源战略决策；兼具数据硬实力与业务敏锐度，将复杂组织问题转化为可执行、可衡量的行动方案； 2、组织与人才诊断：深入理解业务战略，识别业务人力投入、组织效能、人才结构中的关键问题，输出诊断报告； 3、分析模型构建：搭建并迭代组织人力相关的分析模型，建立核心指标体系与动态校准机制； 4、解决方案设计与落地：设计优化方案，跨部门推动执行，跟踪效果并闭环迭代； 5、数据产品与工具建设：搭建人才数据分析看板，探索AI工具在组织变革中的应用； 6、人才市场洞察：深入市场调研，研究组织内外及行业趋势，支撑人才规划、结构配置与前沿布局。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有People Analytics/商业分析/管理咨询相关经验，熟练使用SQL、Python、BI等工具，数据敏感度好，能独立完成数据提取到洞察输出全流程； 3、结构化思维强、有优秀的信息提炼能力，能从业务目标出发拆解问题、产出可落地方案； 4、出色的跨部门沟通与项目推动力，能推动组织与流程变革； 5、对组织管理有好奇心，对复杂系统有研究，能在组织演进中快速成长、开放协作。
