1、负责智能客服前端大团队B端、C端业务的前端研发体系的规划建设和落地； 2、引领团队技术发展，承担重点、难点的技术攻坚和核心代码编写； 3、主导、参与团队前端工程化建设或零代码/低代码产品的建设； 4、推动前端大团队内的规范、研发效率、研发质量、技术架构、性能、稳定性等各维度的升级迭代； 5、关注前端前沿技术发展，能够将新知识传递给团队，并且转化到潜在项目中。

1、计算机基础扎实，3年以上的前端研发经验； 2、熟练掌握JavaScript、ES6规范、网络通信等前端知识，熟悉主流的MVVM前端开发框架，有全栈开发经验； 3、有项目开发经验，对架构、稳定性和性能优化有体系思考，有工程基建开发经验； 4、热爱钻研新技术，有强烈的好奇心和求知欲，乐于接受挑战，有较强的抗压能力；积极乐观，责任心强，工作认真细致，能够跨团队沟通协作，有责任心和团队精神； 5、有零代码/低代码开发经验，对低代码引擎建设有一定研究； 6、有工程化建设经验，具备良好的架构设计和工程设计能力。
