1、负责梳理和诊断全球各国签证办理及员工入境的全链路流程，识别流程中的瓶颈与风险点； 2、通过端到端的签证流程诊断与优化、风险案例复盘及出行前合规评估，提升整体签证运营效率与员工出行体验； 3、作为内部移民合规的专家接口，协同内外部资源，确保全球人员流动的合规与顺畅； 4、通过规则标准化、流程再造或系统自动化等方式，推动签证运营SOP的持续优化，提升整体运营效率和员工申请体验； 5、建立签证案例复盘机制，针对拒签、延误或合规风险等典型案例进行深度分析，形成知识库，促进流程改进。

1、本科及以上学历，拥有5年以上全球签证运营、出入境管理或相关人力流程优化经验； 2、英语能作为流利的工作语言； 3、具备优秀的结构化思维和系统性思维，能从复杂的个案中抽象出共性问题，并落地为可执行的SOP或系统需求； 4、具备优秀的项目管理能力，能主导跨部门、跨文化的协作项目，在不确定的环境中推动问题解决； 5、对全球主要国家的移民政策有一定敏感度，熟悉签证合规底线，具备风险预判能力。
