1、负责抖音生活服务-独立端的搜索场景策略，包括底纹/搜索发现/SUG/结果页等，为搜索体验和效率负责； 2、结合本地生活搜索特性，构建Query分析与意图分发体系，持续按品类/人群/场景进行精细化迭代，提升搜索结果相关性与转化； 3、协同算法团队，结合数据分析和用户案例，设计有效的策略机制与衡量指标，持续提升搜索匹配效率； 4、洞察主动搜索用户需求和商家生态逻辑，设计合理机制，撬动用户需求增长和优质供给提升； 5、结合AI大模型能力，在生成式词推荐、智能体、交互式搜索等方向，探索全新AI购物体验。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上搜索/推荐/商业策略产品经验，有本地生活、电商搜索方向经验者优先； 2、熟悉搜索引擎全链路，包括Query理解、召回、排序、相关性等模块；能够熟练使用SQL，并通过数据分析驱动产品迭代； 3、具备一定的用户感知，保持好奇心； 4、有良好的逻辑抽象、跨团队协作与结果驱动能力。
