1、负责体验服务电商生产力相关需求的梳理和推进，围绕消费者服务、WFM、人力排班、现场管理等场景，识别效率问题并推动优化落地； 2、结合业务指标和一线反馈，分析服务流程、资源使用、人效表现中的问题，输出清晰的问题判断、优化方案和落地计划； 3、参与AI Coding、自动化工具、数据分析工具在服务运营场景中的探索，推动部分高频、重复、低效工作实现工具化或自动化； 4、协同业务、二线、产品、数据、研发等团队，完成需求拆解、方案设计、优先级判断、上线推进和效果复盘； 5、沉淀生产力提效方法，包括需求管理机制、AI工具使用方法、数据分析模板、流程优化方案等，帮助团队提升整体效率。

1、本科及以上学历，有客服运营、服务体验、策略运营、产品运营、WFM、经营分析或数据分析相关经验优先； 2、逻辑清晰，结构化能力强，能够把复杂业务问题拆解成清楚的需求、方案和行动计划； 3、对数据敏感，能够使用Excel、SQL、BI等工具完成基础分析，并基于数据发现问题、判断优先级； 4、对AI工具、大模型、AI Coding或自动化工具有兴趣和实践经验，愿意在业务场景中探索提效方法；有Python、SQL、低代码工具经验者优先； 5、具备较好的沟通协同和项目推进能力，能和业务、产品、数据、研发等多方合作，把方案真正落地； 6、自驱力强，学习能力好，不满足于简单执行，愿意主动发现问题、总结方法并推动团队效率提升。
