1、负责各数据中心/商业办公项目的估算和组织项目概算，审核并参与编制投资估算及设计概算，开展各项目全过程成本管控的复核，拟定项目或分部分项的目标成本，并复核动态管控； 2、负责招投标过程中成本管控各项指标的复核，审核并参与合约分判、商务评标报告编制、复核项目合约相关条款及报价合理性，统筹各项目结算管理，复核或编制结算报告，对有争议的结算项负责参与结算谈判； 3、调查分析和评估目标市场，参与大宗采购项目的谈判、签约，复查合同的执行和落实情况； 4、负责定期组织设计、工程、运维等项目参与方进行成本管理复盘及技术优化建议； 5、负责建立健全成本管控体系，配合各职责体系建立概算、估算、预算、招投标、结算等制度流程； 6、负责组织收集行业相关成本数据指标，建立和完善公司项目数据指标库。

1、本科及以上学历，工程、造价、项目管理及相关专业； 2、具备IDC或成本开发相关工作经验，具备IDC产业园开发经验； 3、具备5年以上成本管理工作经验，其中主责3个以上数据中心/商办全成本项目，有多项目完整项目投资，成本管控经验； 4、熟悉数据中心/商办成本管理体系，熟悉IDC/商办成本管理体系化运作及标准建立； 5、精通工程及市场材料价格信息及施工工艺与工程量的计算等，熟悉工程项目开发成本全过程控制及审核，能熟练编制工程预结算，熟悉工程定额、熟悉工程量清单计价等； 6、对数据中心行业有热情，工作严谨，逻辑清晰，有较强的协调能力，有进取精神和事业心。
