团队介绍：字节跳动基础设施基础技术团队负责公司统一的基础软件，编译器&语言，DPU，大规模池化存储以及云原生计算集群，AI for Infra，Infra for AI 等相关领域，覆盖了在线存储、实时、离线、机器学习、软硬一体、AIOps 等多种应用场景，支持公司内外广泛的场景和需求。字节跳动Data基础技术团队整体负责字节跳动计算基础设施建设与维护工作；包含智算、通算场景的计算集群管理与资源调度、训练推理基础设施、DPU、系统虚拟化、Agent Infra、基础软件以及 AI for Infra 等相关技术领域。团队覆盖字节跳动在线服务、离线计算、训练推理、Agent、B 端弹性计算等业务场景，并依赖软硬一体和 AI 能力，持续为公司内外广泛业务提供稳定、高性能的基础设施服务。

1、负责虚拟化平台核心组件的设计、开发与优化，包括但不限于Hypervisor（KVM）、QEMU、virtio设备栈、virtio-blk/net/FS等I/O子系统； 2、负责容器虚拟化运行时（如Kata Containers、Firecracker等）的深度定制与性能调优； 3、设计和实现高效的网络与存储虚拟化方案，包括vhost-user/vDPA/SR-IOV、SPDK、virtio-FS等技术路径； 4、优化虚拟化开销，提升实例密度与性能性价比，涉及CPU调度、内存管理、中断虚拟化等方向； 5、参与虚拟化安全方案设计，包括机密计算（TDX）、虚拟机迁移、快照、热升级等高级特性； 6、参与开源社区贡献（如QEMU、KVM、Kata、Cloud Hypervisor等），推动技术影响力。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业； 2、精通C/C++/Rust至少一门语言，具备扎实的系统编程能力； 3、深入理解操作系统原理，熟悉Linux内核子系统（内存管理、进程调度、中断、设备驱动），具备良好的系统性能分析与调优能力，熟练使用perf、ftrace、eBPF等工具； 4、熟悉虚拟化技术栈，对x86/ARM虚拟化扩展（VT-x/AMD-V/SVE等）有实际理解； 5、具备虚拟化I/O路径（virtio、vhost、vDPA）相关开发经验，有QEMU/KVM/Firecracker/Cloud Hypervisor等开源项目贡献或深度定制经验； 6、具备较强的自驱力和问题解决能力，有跨团队协作经验。

加分项： 1、有云原生虚拟化（Kata Containers/Confidential Containers）开发经验； 2、熟悉SPDK/DPDK框架，有高性能存储/网络用户态驱动开发经验； 3、有ARM服务器虚拟化适配经验； 4、有机密计算/TEE（Intel TDX/AMD SEV/ARM CCA）相关研究或工程经验。
