1、负责素材投广方向的运营策略制定与落地，推进新优质素材标准上线及规模化应用，提升优质素材消耗占比； 2、负责投广素材审核链路优化，协同相关团队，跟进投广素材审核相关的规则优化、对商家方法论输出等工作； 3、协同产品、研发、商业化、销售团队，推动素材投广供给项目，保障关键目标达成； 4、通过数据分析、机制沉淀、方法论产出，持续优化素材投广供给和素材制作效率，指导商家优化素材制作。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上互联网产品运营经验； 2、具备较强的项目推进和跨团队协同能力，能够推动复杂项目落地； 3、具备较好的数据分析能力和业务理解能力，能基于数据发现问题并提出优化方案； 4、有广告产品运营、B端产品运营、电商商家运营、内容素材运营相关经验者优先。
