团队介绍：负责公司大模型信息安全保障体系，持续识别和治理大模型衍生出的新型风险，并建设相应安全产品,保障大模型及其应用在训练、推理和部署等阶段的安全。同时将大模型相关技术应用到安全技术和安全运营领域，实现技术突破，做到效果和效率双提升。

1、支持Al业务安全策略模型结构设计、模型数据建设、模型训练迭代、模型效果评估等全链路工作，保证业务需求稳定交付； 2、深入了解业务需求及流程链路，与组内同学、业务团队密切协作，设计和搭建模型和策略效果评估流程，并根据效果指标、业务指标、用户反馈等信息持续挖掘模型能力及策略优化空间，设计模型方案并保证高效高质落地； 3、熟练掌握模型训练方式和应用场景，掌握从海量业务数据中挖掘训练数据的方法流程，从解决业务痛点出发灵活运用大模型方法，不断提升模型训练及业务应用效果； 4、具备内容安全、隐私保护、业务风控等方向策略运营经验，具备与业务沟通需求能力，能够根据业务特性评估风险，灵活运用模型、特征库、敏感词表等基础能力，快速搭建和维护适用于不同业务的安全策略，确保防护效果； 5、密切协作产品研发等团队，积极探索大模型等先进的工作方式。

1、本科及以上学历，信息安全、网络安全相关专业加分，3年以上信息安全相关工作经验； 2、熟练掌握以下一种或多种编程语言：Python、SQL； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维能力、与业务沟通协调对接的能力； 4、有风控/机器/深度学习相关经验者优先。
