1、KA客户经营与预算规划：独立负责一批全球汽车品牌（OEM及其经销商集团），作为TikTok LIVE的第一接口人，搭建品牌市场、数字、零售、代理商多层级的关系，把TikTok LIVE嵌入品牌的年度营销与数字化规划；与每个品牌共同制定年度及活动级预算（媒介投放、直播活动、经销商补贴、达人合作等），对齐核心KPI（线索、CPL、试驾、到店、订单），拿到明确的预算承诺，并做好季度生意复盘（QBR）； 2、直播指导与活动执行：在直播策略、内容结构、主播/经销商销售出镜人选、直播间搭建、产品讲解脚本、互动与留资机制、以及直播与线索工具的使用上做贴身指导，让品牌与经销商直播间稳定达到质量和转化基线；围绕新车上市、车展、节点营销与经销商常态化直播，联动站内产品入口、广告、达人和线下活动，设计并落地整合营销活动； 3、客户成功与直播ROI：追踪全漏斗数据（曝光、看播、线索、CPL、经销商跟进、试驾、订单），诊断问题并迭代打法，让每个KA品牌都能算出正向ROI，实现预算续投与扩投； 4、经销商与达人生态及案例沉淀：协同品牌总部、区域办公室、经销商集团、国家子公司和汽车垂类达人，形成统一的直播运作模型，把跑得好的经销商和达人打造成标杆，带动中长尾复制；把跑通的活动沉淀成可复制的汽车直播Playbook（按细分市场：主流/新能源/二手车，按国家市场，按活动类型），并向销售、经销商、跨市场团队做知识迁移； 5、跨团队协作：与销售、产品、广告、达人、数据、治理等团队紧密协作，解决KA的堵点，把汽车行业的特殊需求反哺到产品与广告解决方案上，代表汽车行业在内部发声。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上汽车行业相关经验，有汽车KA/品牌合作/销售经验，或在汽车出海品牌国际化/全球化业务有相关任职经历；英语可作为工作语言，能直接与国际化汽车品牌、经销商和内部团队沟通协作； 2、对全球汽车品牌与经销商生态有扎实理解：熟悉OEM、区域办公室、经销商集团、4S店和汽车代理商在营销预算、线索和销售如何协同运作； 3、有一线直播运营经验：能端到端指导一个品牌或经销商直播间，从内容与主播、互动机制到留资与转化优化；对汽车行业、直播和创作者生态有热情，愿意贴近一线品牌、经销商和直播间； 4、有较强的商业判断与预算意识，能与品牌和代理商的高级决策人共同承担年度预算对话，并用数据和ROI撑住方案； 5、数据驱动，能自己搭建汽车行业的全漏斗指标体系，看数据找问题，用实验和对照组验证运营动作的效果； 6、有较强的跨团队协作和项目推进能力，能同时对接品牌、经销商、代理商、产品、广告、达人、数据等多方角色。

加分项 1、在OEM、经销商集团、汽车代理商，或互联网电商/直播平台的汽车垂类有过任职经历； 2、熟悉汽车行业的线索管理与CRM系统，理解线索从平台到经销商再到销售的完整流转链路； 3、有新车上市、车展或大型汽车营销活动的操盘经验，具备线上线下整合作战能力； 4、有多市场（US、EU、MENA、SEA、LATAM）运营经验，或与品牌总部及本地经销商网络并行协作的经验。
