1、负责跨境KA商家运营工作，不限类目，主要负责广告付费打品型商家，对广告付费商家GMV、广告消耗负责； 2、基于业务目标增长，重点引入和孵化等平台广告付费打品型商家，促进打品型商家持续增长； 3、深入分析广告付费打品型商家的全链路成长路径，能够总结优秀商家成长路径并进一步复制规模化； 4、需深入商家组织内部，精细化运营各业务团队，促进其孵化、成长，持续推动商家规模增长； 5、搭建打品商成长体系建设和落地商家政策和权益，牵引商家各项动作，确保商家GMV/商业化投放健康增长； 6、在营销大促、产品运营、商家教育等方面与横向部门协作，解决商家痛点，加速业务规模增长。

1、本科及以上学历，至少2年以上电商行业运营/商家运营工作经验，具有1年以上广告付费打品型商家招商/运营经验更佳； 2、深入了解内容电商业态，具备短视频/直播/商家实操的视角和洞察，对广告跑品型商家的驱动和运营有深入理解； 3、有数据思维和清晰业务逻辑，能在行业运营策略/项目执行/品类分析/商家运营等方面以数据分析指导运营； 4、有较强目标感、自驱性，持续对外沟通，保持业务敏锐度。
