1、负责国际化用户增长运营，对DAU、DNU、留存等核心指标负责，负责国际化KOL达人营销部分，通过对国际化主流社交媒体平台热点内容洞察，结合产品功能优势，制定达人营销策略并落地执行； 2、对AI行业有敏锐理解和洞察，了解各类AI产品模型表现能力和可应用场景，挖掘产品卖点，结合社媒热点进行专项推广，通过有效的KOL运营策略，为产品带来持续社媒增长流量和用户； 3、结合行业方向和业务需求，挖掘优质达人资源并建立维护良好的合作关系，协助达人创作优质内容，服务于产品营销增长； 4、对AI领域充满兴趣与好奇心，跟踪行业动态和市场动作，及时调整策略方向，保持竞争优势； 5、与各协作团队保持密切沟通，推动产品、研发、市场和商业化等团队协同工作。

1、本科及以上学历，有国际化增长经验，有工具类产品增长经验者优先； 2、在国际化达人合作、社媒玩法方面有经验者优先； 3、内容理解感知好，审美高级，能敏感捕捉网络热点和流行趋势，熟悉YouTube、TikTok、Instagram等各国际化社媒渠道的热爆内容属性和用户偏好； 4、具备良好的英语沟通、读写能力，有较好的团队协作能力，能够积极探索，寻找解决问题的方法； 5、对视频创作有热情，是内容平台的创作者/深度用户的优先； 6、关注AI行业进展，对社媒热点有敏感度，精准定义达人营销场景和策略。
