1、负责Lark产品及市场活动相关的2D动效与视频设计，包括产品发布、功能演示、活动开场及传播内容； 2、参与从需求理解、创意策划、脚本分镜到动效制作与交付的完整流程，将复杂产品信息转化为清晰、有节奏、有记忆点的视觉表达； 3、独立对接产品、市场、品牌及活动团队，推动设计方向、制作节奏与交付质量达成一致； 4、将AI应用于创意探索、素材生成和视频制作，并参与Motion规范、模板及AI工作流沉淀。

1、本科及以上学历，数字媒体、视觉传达等设计专业； 2、具备扎实的2D Motion Graphics能力，熟练使用After Effects及相关设计、剪辑工具； 3、平面与动态设计基础扎实，对构图、排版、色彩、节奏、转场及动画细节有成熟判断； 4、具备导演和视觉叙事思维，能够独立提炼核心信息、建立脚本结构和画面逻辑，而非只执行已有分镜； 5、具备真实的AI创作实践及良好的产品理解、沟通协作和项目推进能力；作品集需包含能够体现本人核心贡献的完整项目。

加分项： 1、有科技产品、B2B、SaaS、AI产品或复杂功能解释视频经验； 2、有产品UI Motion、产品Demo、发布会或大型活动视频经验； 3、具备剪辑、声音设计、拍摄或外部制作团队协作经验； 4、具备C4D、Blender、Rive、Lottie、表达式或程序化动效能力； 5、有可复用Motion System、模板组件或AI工作流沉淀经验。
