1、作为飞书制造行业市场团队的成员，深度负责汽车行业（整车厂、零部件、新能源、智能网联等）的市场拓客与品牌建设；不仅要懂营销，更要懂汽车企业的业务痛点（研发协同、产供销联动、供应链管理、出海全球化等），围绕“新客开拓”与“老客深耕”两条路径，持续提升飞书在汽车行业的市场占有率和影响力； 2、新客开拓（细分赛道）：聚焦细分子行业赛道（如动力电池、智能座舱、汽车芯片等），针对各赛道的业务特征制定并落地精准拓客打法，从0到1打开新赛道市场； 3、老客深耕（链主带T1）：通过链主客户（主机厂）的影响力向下渗透，撬动并带动其T1/T2供应商，实现以点带链的供应链集群式拓客； 4、获客与转化：围绕上述两条路径策划并落地线上、线下活动（行业峰会、走近客户、高管私享会等），为销售团队输送高质量商机（SQL）。

1、3-5年汽车/制造行业营销、咨询相关工作经验，本科及以上学历；有To B软件（SaaS/ERP/PLM）或汽车/制造行业营销、咨询经验者优先； 2、行业理解：对汽车行业的业务逻辑、研发流程、供应链协同（链主—T1—T2）有深刻认知；了解该行业数字化转型的痛点； 3、AI工具能力：熟练使用主流AI工具提升个人及团队效率，愿意持续探索AI在营销全链路的应用； 4、获客能力：有成功的行业拓客实战经验，具备从0到1打开细分赛道、以及沿供应链链条渗透的实战能力。
