1、负责国际化视频内容的策划、拍摄及后期制作全流程，围绕GTM需求，持续沉淀高价值场景内容，构建可复用的视频内容资产； 2、深度应用AIGC工具优化传统视频工作流，通过AI视频素材生成、自动剪辑探索及数字人视频落地实现内容生产的规模化； 3、结合SaaS产品调研与CTR、播放完成度、MQL转化等数据表现，制定并持续迭代视频策略，驱动视频从视觉导向向高转化导向转型； 4、针对国际社交媒体调性创作符合当地文化语境的内容，在确保全球审美一致性的基础上实现品牌表达的本地化。

1、具备2年以上影视、传媒或互联网内容行业经验，对导演、摄影、灯光及剪辑有专业理解并能独立完成视频的从0到1制作； 2、具备优秀的脚本能力，能够将To B SaaS抽象的产品功能转化为通俗易懂且具有故事感的视觉语言； 3、熟练使用PR、AE、DaVinci等后期软件，且对AIGC视频创作流程有实操经验，能通过AI工具显著提升内容生产效率； 4、对To B行业有热情并能从用户视角解决问题，具备敏锐的运营思考与数据复盘意识，拒绝纯视觉导向的创作。

加分项 1、拥有国际工作或留学背景，对全球主流社媒平台的用户偏好与内容风格有原生感受； 2、具备电影级后期或专业TVC经验，同时对AI生成视频的底层逻辑有深入钻研，能实现AI效率与专业质感的融合。
