1、战略渠道建设与生态维护：拓展并深度维护飞书与豆包工作高价值战略渠道，涵盖川渝相关部门、青年企业家协会、行业协会、川大/西财等商学院、高端智库（如成都高质量发展研究院）、投行与咨询机构等核心资源平台，构建长期稳定的互利合作关系，推动飞书与豆包工作成为企业AI落地首选； 2、商业化项目统筹与落地：围绕飞书与豆包工作整体商业化目标，牵头川渝区域内飞书、豆包工作商业项目（峰会、闭门会、政企交流等）的统筹与落地，结合成渝双城经济圈产业机遇，精准联动内外部协同资源，在关键节点助力销售转化、品牌势能提升与高价值客户池沉淀； 3、高端KDM圈层体系化运营：精准挖掘川渝企业关键决策人（Key Decision Maker，简称KDM）、家族企业接班人（如新希望、通威、科伦、川酒系等民企）等高端圈层核心需求，结合飞书与豆包工作AI解决方案制定并落地体系化运营方案，持续维护深度信任，构建可持续的高端客户增长引擎； 4、数据驱动策略迭代：定期对渠道合作、圈层运营、项目落地的核心数据进行复盘，评估业务投资回报率，沉淀可复用的方法论，持续优化拓展策略，保障年度商业化目标高效达成。

1、5年以上To B商业拓展、高端圈层运营或大客户销售/运营经验，SaaS/AI/企业服务/数字化转型行业背景优先，有川渝区域开拓经验者优先； 2、高端圈层资源：拥有川渝企业家圈层资源，或工商联、川商总会、行业协会、商学院、投行/咨询机构等渠道的成功拓展经验； 3、商业洞察力：能精准捕捉市场机会，具备优秀的业务创新与闭环能力，有成功从0到1拓展区域的案例优先； 4、商务谈判力：出色的沟通表达与全周期客情维护能力，性格开朗外向，有亲和力；项目统筹力：能独立操盘商业项目全流程，具备跨团队协调和风险预判能力；自驱力：高度自驱、结果导向，能够适应川渝跨地市高频出差。
