1、战略渠道建设与生态维护：拓展并深度维护飞书与豆包工作的高价值战略渠道，涵盖相关部门、青年企业家协会、行业协会、商学院、高端智库、投行与咨询机构等核心资源平台，构建长期稳定的互利合作关系，推动飞书与豆包工作成为企业AI落地首选； 2、商业化项目统筹与落地：围绕飞书与豆包工作整体商业化目标，牵头区域内飞书及豆包工作商业项目（峰会、闭门会、政企交流等）的统筹与落地，精准联动内外部协同资源，在关键节点助力销售转化、品牌势能提升与高价值客户池沉淀； 3、高端KDM圈层体系化运营：精准挖掘企业关键决策人（Key Decision Maker，简称KDM）、家族企业接班人等高端圈层核心需求，围绕"飞书+豆包工作AI组织改革"的企业效能提升场景，制定并落地体系化运营方案，持续维护深度信任，构建可持续的高端客户增长引擎； 4、数据驱动策略迭代：定期对渠道合作、圈层运营、项目落地（含飞书与豆包工作双线）的核心数据进行复盘，评估业务投资回报率，沉淀可复用的方法论，持续优化拓展策略，保障年度商业化目标高效达成。

1、有江苏本地市场经验：在南京、苏州、无锡等区域有3年以上工作经历，对当地企业、产业分布和商业环境比较熟悉；不要求已经拥有非常成熟的企业家资源，但需要具备一定的本地关系基础和快速建联能力； 2、有To B业务或BD经验：做过企业服务、SaaS、云、AI、互联网商业化、产业服务等相关工作优先，能够独立完成客户开拓、关系建立、需求挖掘和内部协同； 3、开拓能力强、执行力强：愿意主动陌拜、跑客户、找资源、搭关系，能够从0开始建立一个区域的客户和企业家网络，而不是等公司提供成熟资源； 4、学习能力强，对AI和企业服务有兴趣：不要求现在就是AI专家，但需要能够快速理解飞书、豆包工作、火山引擎的业务和产品，并逐步形成自己的区域和行业认知。

加分项： 1、有制造业、新能源、半导体、消费等江苏重点产业客户经验；拥有国内企业、民营集团、家族企业接班人、产业园区等核心圈层资源，并有过项目的成功转化案例； 2、有SaaS企业商业拓展、KA运营相关工作经验； 3、曾独立操盘高端圈层活动，现场带来有效商机； 4、熟悉飞书产品与企业数字化解决方案，了解豆包工作的产品能力与企业级落地场景，对组织管理、企业效能提升有深刻理解； 5、有企业AI落地、数字化转型相关项目经验，能向KDM清晰阐述“飞书+豆包工作”的业务价值。
