1、参与TikTok Shop拉美内容电商业务的快速发展，面向区域特性建设达人、短视频、直播等内容场域相关的产品功能与技术能力； 2、与平台研发紧密协作，共建拉美内容电商关键链路系统，包括达人成长、内容供给增长、直播供给与内容营销工具等核心能力； 3、以业务核心指标为导向，在内容电商场景下主导系统稳定性、性能、成本的技术规划与持续优化，把技术价值直接转化为业务增长； 4、推动AI业务创新，参与LLM、Agent（如达人成长Agent、直播主播/运营Agent等）方案设计与线上落地，结合AI-Coding实现端到端全栈交付与迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、通信或相关专业；具备电商+Agent背景者优先，熟悉直播、达人、视频等内容场域者优先； 2、具备扎实的编程能力与良好的系统设计能力，能独立输出复杂方案并推进落地，有AI-Coding经验； 3、熟悉常用数据与中间件组件（如MySQL、Redis、消息队列、NoSQL等），具备服务端性能优化与成本治理经验； 4、对分布式系统有深入理解，具备良好的数据结构与算法基础，熟悉常见工程化实践（可观测性、容量评估、故障演练等）； 5、对AI/LLM/Agent方向有热情或实践经验，具备将模型能力产品化、工程化落地的经验者优先； 6、责任心强，具备良好的沟通协作能力，能在跨团队、跨时区的复杂协作环境中推动项目达成。
