1、数据体系规划与建设：主导中心内业务数据体系的顶层设计与落地，统筹数据集的搭建、维护及迭代优化，持续提升数据资产的使用效率与业务价值； 2、业务协同与需求统筹：作为数据侧核心接口人，深度参与业务战略，统筹承接并评估各类数据需求；有效拉通业务线，解决复杂对接问题，将数据转化为实际业务决策支撑； 3、监控体系与业务赋能：建立并完善业务数据监控与预警体系，实时追踪核心指标变化趋势；带领团队进行深度的归因分析，主动发现业务痛点并提供策略建议，推动问题解决； 4、跨部门协同与口径治理：负责跨部门、跨职能的数据治理工作，统一核心数据口径，整合并完善全局指标体系，消除数据孤岛，确保数据的一致性与权威性； 5、工具建设与效能提升：主导数据分析工具与数据产品的规划，推动常规报表自动化及数据看板建设；探索前沿技术（如大模型应用）在数据场景的落地，全面提升团队的数据处理效率与智能化水平。

1、3年及以上数据分析或数据运营相关经验，其中至少1年团队管理或核心项目主导经验，具备复杂业务场景下的数据体系搭建与处理经验； 2、具备数据敏感度与清晰的逻辑思维，拥有业务理解力，能够透过数据表象挖掘底层业务逻辑，输出具有战略价值的业务洞察； 3、具备出色的跨部门沟通协调能力与项目推动力，责任心强，执行力高；能够在复杂环境中带领团队拿结果，具备优秀的团队合作精神； 4、对数据产品保持敏锐的感知与探索欲，关注行业前沿技术；对语言模型（LLM）、精调（Fine-tuning）、RAG等前沿技术有深入理解，并有实际落地应用经验者优先； 5、具备扎实的数据处理与建模能力，精通SQL，熟练掌握主流数据可视化产品；精通常见的量化归因、A/B测试等分析方法，能够独立构建分析框架。
