1、负责TikTok直播垂类内容生态运营，围绕垂类主播/创作者的引入、成长运营、分层管理和活跃提升，持续优化垂类内容供给，对内容消费规模和生态健康度负责； 2、深入理解直播垂类生态，洞察主播、用户和内容侧的需求与痛点，制定并迭代垂类运营策略，推动主播成长、优质内容供给提升及关键业务指标增长； 3、结合直播内容分发、消费转化和推荐机制，通过专项分析和数据洞察识别重点垂类机会点，持续优化内容供给结构与用户消费体验； 4、搭建并完善垂类运营方法论，包括主播引入、孵化、激励、活动策划和资源分配机制，提升垂类运营效率及规模化复制能力； 5、负责团队目标拆解与项目推进，带领团队完成阶段性业务目标，沉淀直播垂类运营体系。

1、本科及以上学历，具备5年及以上内容运营、用户运营、社区运营或直播运营经验；有直播垂类运营、主播运营或内容生态运营经验者优先； 2、对直播生态有较深理解，熟悉垂类内容运营逻辑，对主播成长、内容供给和用户消费链路有系统认知； 3、具备成熟的运营方法论和策略能力，能够独立完成目标制定、路径拆解和策略落地，并对结果负责； 4、对数据敏感，具备较强的数据分析能力和业务判断能力，能够基于数据洞察发现问题并推动解决； 5、具备优秀的沟通协调能力和跨团队协作能力，能够整合资源推进复杂项目落地； 6、英语可作为工作语言者优先。
