1、头部达人精细化管理运营：负责印尼电商头部达人全生命周期运营：结合达人特征，精准制定阶段GMV目标以及直播内容规划；从平台利益出发，系统优化达人盈亏表现（PNL）；围绕业务目标与发展方向，完善头部达人短期执行方案与长期成长策略，并持续迭代优化，确保达人业务与平台战略高度契合，推动业绩稳健增长； 2、专项分析与策略落地：聚焦直播业务核心痛点，结合印尼头部达人特性与市场趋势，开展深度专项分析；牵头制定直播政策、GMV提升方案，从直播内容策划、商品选品策略、广告投流优化等多维度入手，通过数据驱动与行业洞察，不断调整优化业务手段，为达人业务发展提供专业、高效的指导，切实提升达人竞争力与商业价值； 3、跨部门协同合；积极联动MCN团队、大促团队以及商品策略团队，围绕头部达人需求，策划并落地具有影响力的电商项目、 通过高效沟通与资源整合，打通业务链路，实现各方优势互补，为头部达人打造专属的电商营销矩阵，助力达人实现业务突破与平台GMV目标达成； 4、团队管理与发展：带领电商达人经理团队，根据头部达人业务需求与行业变化，制定清晰明确的团队发展策略；通过目标拆解、工作指导、绩效评估等管理手段，提升团队专业能力与执行力；营造积极向上的团队氛围，激发团队成员潜力，打造一支高效、专业的达人运营团队。

1、工作经验：拥有达人运营，MCN管理，商品策略或其他电商领域背景者优先考虑，熟悉电商达人运作模式和发展趋势，对行业动态有敏锐洞察力； 2、团队管理：具备扎实的团队管理经验，尤其擅长跨部门、跨文化沟通协作，能够有效整合各方资源，推动多元团队高效协同，保障业务目标顺利实现； 3、语言能力：具备优秀的英语写作、听说能力，能够流畅进行国际业务沟通；满足与海外团队及合作伙伴的交流需求；有海外学习或从业经验者优先； 4、专业能力：具备卓越的商业建模、数据分析和报告撰写能力；能够从复杂数据中提炼关键信息并输出专业见解；曾在咨询公司承担较多建模分析工作，或拥有财务管理、政策制定等相关背景者，将优先纳入考虑范围。
