1、团队统筹与人才培养：负责经营分析团队的日常管理与梯队建设，制定团队目标与考核机制，指导并审核团队成员的分析产出，提升团队整体的数据洞察能力与业务赋能水平； 2、战略规划与目标管理：深度参与公司/部门年度战略规划，结合行业趋势与历史数据建立科学的预测模型，主导业务目标的拆解、动态追踪与校准，为管理层提供前瞻性决策支持； 3、业务诊断与策略驱动：带领团队深入业务一线，建立体系化的业绩盯盘与异动归因机制；主导跨部门专项研究（联动运营、产品、战略等），精准识别生意机会与业务瓶颈，输出系统化的解决方案并推动落地闭环； 4、数据基建与资产沉淀：从全局视角规划数据基建蓝图，推动BI看板、自动化报表等底层工具的迭代升级；建立标准化的分析框架与指标体系，沉淀核心数据资产，推动业务团队的数据化运营转型； 5、高管汇报与战略支持：作为核心智囊，统筹输出月度/季度战略会议、业务复盘会的数据分析报告，提炼核心洞察，协助部门负责人制定业务策略与改进方向。

1、经验门槛：5年以上经营分析、策略研究或数据化运营经验，其中至少2年以上数据分析团队管理经验；有广告/零售等行业背景优先； 2、专业能力：具备的商业敏锐度与逻辑推演能力，精通目标拆解、归因分析等核心方法论，能够独立主导大型跨部门研究项目，从海量数据中挖掘业务本质； 3、管理与协同：出色的跨部门沟通与资源整合能力，擅长推动复杂项目落地；具备优秀的团队领导力，能有效激发团队潜能； 4、工具与基建：精通Excel、PPT，熟练使用SQL、Tableau等数据分析工具，有主导过企业级数据基建、指标体系搭建或BI系统落地经验者优先。
