1、负责安全、生态内容治理场景的模型训练及应用，深度协同业务、算法，根据业务难点设计合理的模型方案，包括Prompt、SFT、DPO、Agent等多技术方案，持续提升模型在风险识别、内容理解等场景的应用效果，支持业务目标达成； 2、持续跟进大模型前沿技术并主动探索和业务的深度结合与应用，持续推动各业务场景内容治理效果、效率上持续领跑行业； 3、能够站在业务全局视角，拉通机审、人审痛点，带领团队持续探索提效、提质解法，打造并持续沉淀通用能力，推进规模化复用，赋能组织多业务环节或场景并关注实际收益； 4、负责模型运维团队的中长期规划，包括业务支撑、团队成长等，能够带领团队持续突破成长。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上模型运维工作经验； 2、深入了解大语言模型技术，具备模型训练、模型应用实践经验，有模型预训练/后训练、内容治理业务经验优先； 3、能持续关注大语言模型行业发展，具备学习热情、技术好奇心和自驱力，开放地对待变化和新事物； 4、具备深入的业务思考能力、产品思维，具备跨团队协作能力和技术创新落地能力，能够与合作团队达成友好合作，目标感强，不畏挑战拿结果。
