1、作为产品运营，负责搜索模型训练与测试数据标注项目运营，以帮助优化搜索结果和推荐效率为最终目的与导向； 2、作为团队负责人，管理标注项目管理团队负责项目生命周期内各阶段的规划、管理与实施； 3、对搜索和推荐的产品形态有深刻理解，能够理解需求和相应的产品逻辑，并针对不同需求定制项目方案和标注规则以实现模型表现提升，产品指标提升和运营效率优化； 4、与搜索研发、搜索PM团队紧密对接，产出项目标准，推动数据标注需求的落地和执行； 5、与国际标注团队和供应商紧密合作，落实项目执行标准，监督数据交付和质量管理流程； 6、根据模型学习表现进行ROI及常规数据分析，项目风险预判及突发问题处理，及时提出有效的风险管控措施；有行业视野，不断尝试行业最佳实践以优化目前的标注项目。

1、本科及以上学历，有5年及以上模型标注项目管理策略工作经验优先； 2、2年以上团队管理经验，英语可以作为工作语言； 3、内容敏感度与理解力高，有搜索业务相关经验者优先； 4、逻辑清晰，能对复杂问题完成系统性拆解，并迅速识别关键问题； 5、表达沟通能力强，执行力强，能按时并高质量交付结果。
