1、负责公司全球财务系统中财报方向的业财、财报系统架构设计、平台建设与技术演进，支撑多业务、多主体、多币种、多准则下的财务核算、报表出具与管理分析需求；带领团队建设高可靠、高扩展、可审计的财报平台能力，覆盖财务数据采集、加工、对账、调整、合并、披露、报表生成，以及报账、业财数据衔接等核心链路；深入理解财务业务场景，识别并解决业财、报账、财报等系统在数据一致性、处理性能、口径治理、权限隔离、审计追踪、全球化合规等方面的技术挑战； 2、负责关键技术方案设计、核心代码开发、系统性能优化和工程质量提升，持续提升系统稳定性、可维护性和交付效率； 3、推动AI在财务领域的业务场景落地，包括财务数据处理、报表分析、异常识别、智能对账、报账审核、知识问答、智能分析助手等方向，提升财务系统智能化水平；推动团队AI编程和研发流程智能化转型，引入并沉淀Cursor、GitHub Copilot、Claude Code等AI编程工具在需求分析、方案设计、代码生成、测试补全、Code Review、问题排查等环节的工程实践，持续提升团队研发效率和交付质量； 4、关注财务数字化、智能化、AI应用和企业级系统架构发展趋势，结合业务发展做前瞻性技术规划和团队能力建设。

1、计算机、软件工程、信息系统、财务信息化等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础和服务端研发能力，熟悉Java技术栈，以及分布式系统、数据库、缓存、消息队列、任务调度等常见中间件； 3、有复杂业务系统架构设计、性能优化、稳定性治理和工程质量建设经验，具备较强的技术判断力和方案落地能力； 4、具备财务领域知识，对财报、核算、合并报表、对账、结算、业财、报账或财务共享等场景有深入理解；在财务系统、财务数字化、结算、业财或报账等相关方向有3年以上经验； 5、有AI项目实践经验，熟常见AI技术，能够结合企业级业务场景推动AI能力落地；有AI在财务或B端业务系统中的落地经验优先；有带领团队进行AI辅助研发转型的经验，能够建立工具使用规范、质量评估机制和工程最佳实践； 6、具备3年以上技术团队管理经验，有带领团队的实际经验，能够完成复杂系统建设、技术演进和人才培养。
