1、本科及以上学历，10年及以上市场活动/整合营销/平台传播经验，有广告行业、平台业务或To B客户营销经验优先； 2、具有成熟的团队管理经验，重视人才培养，性格外向开朗，具备敏锐的市场洞察力、执行力，善于激发团队潜力，有较好的决策力与带教能力，能带领团队应对行业变化与市场挑战； 3、有复杂项目管理经验和沟通推动能力，较强的资源整合能力，能够在多方协同中推动结果。
