1、负责字节跳动抖音系产品多业务场景下的代码理解、缺陷理解、UI理解、质量挖掘等相关研发工作，包括并不限于代码生成与审计、Bug识别与修复、AIOps等； 2、持续跟进LLM和软件工程的前沿技术，关注VibeCoding、代码生成、AI Testing、缺陷修复、智能监控等领域前沿技术进展，探索新技术在AI方向的应用； 3、深入分析业务和技术问题，和产品/研发/质量/运营等同学密切配合解决，提高项目整体效率和收益。

1、计算机、软件工程相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上算法研究与开发经验； 2、具备扎实的算法基础，包括但不限于LLM、CodeLLM、强化学习等领域的认知和实践经验； 3、熟练掌握业界主流大语言模型的算法原理，精通指令微调、强化微调、时序分析与预测等技术，熟悉Harness工程、Multi-Agent等应用范式，有CodeLLM、CodeAgent等落地经验者优先； 4、责任心强、协作能力好，对工作充满热情，能够深刻影响其他人；有强烈的技术好奇心、自驱力和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界最佳实践。

加分项： 1、有CodeLLM基座研发工作优先； 2、熟悉多Agent协同、Harness工程优先； 3、熟悉代码动静态分析技术或者代码图谱技术； 4、有国际软工会议（ASE/FSE/ICSE）论文发表经验者优先。
