1、推动LLM在搜索安全中的产品化落地，覆盖意图理解、拒答策略、生成安全、可信信息召回、红队对抗与风险感知等关键能力； 2、从0→1搭建下一代搜索安全体系（策略框架、模型协同机制、指标体系、安全干预能力），形成可复用的方法论； 3、构建“安全与相关性共存”的搜索体验，在回答边界、内容透明度、可信来源与用户体验之间做体系化权衡； 4、作为跨团队Leader担责复杂目标闭环，驱动模型、算法、研发、运营、数据分析与策略团队，共建安全能力并稳定落地； 5、持续洞察AIGC与搜索技术趋势，并将趋势转化为可落地的产品路线图与方案。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、搜索、NLP等相关背景优先； 2、5年以上产品经理工作经验，具备搜索引擎、大模型应用或AI搜索产品经验者优先； 3、具备从0->1抽象与体系化产品思维和设计能力，能够解决开放性与模糊问题； 4、具备优秀的沟通协作与跨团队推动能力，有主人翁意识与自驱力； 5、对人工智能、自然语言处理和机器学习技术有深入了解，有实际落地项目经验； 6、热爱AI领域，具备强烈的好奇心和自驱力。
