1、作为产品运营，负责搜索场景下的评测项目运营，以帮助优化搜索结果和推荐效果为最终目的与导向； 2、作为团队负责人，管理项目管理团队负责项目生命周期内各阶段的规划、管理与实施； 3、对搜索和大模型产品形态有深刻理解，能够理解需求和相应的产品逻辑，并针对不同需求定制项目方案以实现评测结果的有效性； 4、与研发、产品经理团队紧密对接，产出项目SOP，推动需求的落地和执行； 5、与国际化团队和供应商紧密合作，落实项目执行标准，保证数据交付； 6、根据评测结果进行ROI及常规数据分析，项目风险预判及突发问题处理，及时提出有效的风险管控措施，有行业视野，不断尝试行业最佳实践以优化目前的项目。

1、本科及以上学历，有5年及以上评测/标注/运营项目管理策略工作经验；具有较好的项目管理、流程搭建和落地能力，有独立负责项目的经验，跨团队协作和沟通能力强，能够做到高效统筹、及时交付、复盘优化； 2、具有一定的数据分析能力，能不断深入业务挖掘现存问题，并可推动疑难问题解决或持续优化，最终带来核心指标的提升变化； 3、2年以上团队管理经验； 4、内容敏感度与理解力高，有搜索业务相关经验； 5、逻辑清晰，能对复杂问题完成系统性拆解，并迅速识别关键问题； 6、善于跨部门沟通，能按时并高质量交付结果。
