1、剪映CapCut业务线的产品体验运营，对行业发展、市场动态有深层次的理解和判断，与业务建立良好的合作关系和协作机制，共同致力于提升用户体验； 2、搭建和完善体验评估体系，能全面衡量和监测体验趋势，及时发现体验问题；并通过闭环落地机制，有效推动解决问题； 3、基于业务输入和用户理解，针对核心问题开展体验专项，结合走查、调研、分析等方式，完成深度洞察与优化建议，并推动优化策略落地； 4、可以利用多种手段和方式，提升团队工作效率和质量，推动体验运营工作向数据智能化转型。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网体验运营、用户研究、服务运营或产品运营相关经验； 2、3年以上团队管理经验，具备跨团队协同与项目管理能力，有复杂产品体验问题治理经验，熟悉客服、审核、风控、退款等至少两个以上服务链路； 3、熟练使用SQL、Excel等数据分析工具，能独立搭建体验度量看板与监控体系，具备从数据中定位问题的能力； 4、有主导大型体验提升或服务治理专项的成功经验，能清晰定义目标、拆解路径、管理节奏，并推动跨团队落地； 5、具备敏捷用户研究或用户需求洞察经验，熟悉问卷设计、用户分层、A/B实验等方法，能将用户反馈转化为可落地的产品与运营策略； 6、有智能客服、AI Agent、自动化流程等提效工具的落地经验，了解LLM在服务与体验场景中的应用边界与实施路径，英语可作为工作语言，有国际化产品运营经验优先。

加分项 1、有视频创作工具、AIGC或AI产品相关经验； 2、有从0到1搭建体验度量体系、敏捷用户研究机制或体验服务数据基建的经验； 3、对数据科学/数据工程有基础了解，能推动数据处理与自动化分析流程优化； 4、具备较强的跨团队推动能力，能在复杂业务环境中快速协同多方达成共识。
