1、负责风控综合线索运营团队的整体规划、建设与日常管理，明确团队在风险接入、分析研判、分级响应和信息透明传输中的职责边界与交付标准； 2、建立风险综合识别和优先级判断机制，搭建各渠道上报风险的统一分析研判体系，覆盖渠道反馈、系统预警、综合分析、对外透明传输等环节； 3、牵头设计风险信息流转标准化SOP，包括分类标签体系、事件聚合规则、升级机制和复盘机制等； 4、推动风险信息向下游对接方稳定透明传输，确保业务团队、治理团队等角色能及时获取准确、清晰、可执行的风险信息； 5、建立团队运营指标和质量评估体系，持续监控风险发现时效、研判准确率、风险漏报率等关键指标并推动优化。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上风险治理、业务安全、运营风控、内容安全、平台治理、合规运营或相关领域工作经验； 2、具备3年及以上团队管理经验，有团队目标拆解、组织分工、人才培养和绩效管理实践； 3、具备复杂风险场景下的综合分析与研判能力，能将分散、异构、口径不一的风险线索转化为清晰的风险类型、影响范围、优先级和处置建议； 4、具备较强的数据分析意识，能定义风险分析口径、核心指标、看板需求和数据质量，并基于数据持续优化风险识别和处置机制； 5、具备系统化建设能力，能与产品、研发、数据、算法团队协作，推动风险接入、研判、流转、透明传输和追踪相关产品或系统能力落地； 6、具备优秀的跨团队沟通和项目推动能力，能够有效协同和联动多方建立稳定协作机制，推动复杂问题闭环，同时具备良好的结构化表达能力，能在重大风险场景下清晰呈现风险事实、判断依据、影响评估、处置建议和后续动作。
