1、本科学历以上，数学、数据科学、统计学、计算机等专业优先； 2、3年及以上风控相关从业经验，有风控、风险量化分析、平台治理等行业经验优先； 3、具有独立的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情，对新技术有热情，追求极致，自驱力强； 4、有良好的团队合作意识、沟通表达能力和项目管理能力。
