1、了解酒店行业，通过对抖音生活服务酒店行业合作客户的运营，基于商家分层，为商家成长负责，不断通过策略和产品建设，提高商家动销，实现商家正向升级，为游玩行业业绩负责； 2、对商家分层，分商家特点、来源渠道做精细化运营，以不同权益激励等方式撬动商家加入抖音的意愿，提高商家经营能力；萃取提炼行业运营的工作经验或方法，并能有效复制推广到更多商家； 3、通过扩大流量曝光、提升入驻转化、做好B端流量承接等方式提升商家增长效率，打开商家认知，保证商家体验； 4、熟悉内容营销策略，围绕视频及直播渠道为行业提供内容提效解决方案，以提升大盘整体的内容产出效率和转化效率； 5、对酒店行业有足够热情，能结合短视频、直播内容趋势，基于反馈和数据对市场有洞察，发现生态问题、机会并思考解决方案，探索游玩商家抖音经营模式。

1、本科学历及以上，3年以上酒店+互联网运营管理方面经验；对游玩行业有热情以及自己行业见解的优先； 2、理解商家的经营视角，能够洞察本质，挖掘机会点，并能够协调整合资源、强力推动各方落地；具备体系化的运营思考能力，能基于对业务流量特征、供给特征的分析； 3、愿意深入一线，具备良好的表达和沟通协作力；具备务实求真的工作态度、有自驱力和责任心； 4、熟练使用Excel数据分析、思维导图等高效办公工具； 5、能关注市场情况，跟进产品动态，及时提出应对策略； 6、有一定的团队管理能力和经验，善于深入业务协同作战，给到业务实质性的指导和帮助。
