1、负责抖音生活服务搜索方向的大前端开发和团队管理相关工作； 2、深入理解业务需求，把关技术方案设计，持续优化项目流程，保障产品功能高效高质迭代； 3、关注产品流程和产品体验，带领团队提供高品质的服务，持续提升用户体验； 4、指导团队技术体系建设，提升团队技术氛围，承担团队人才培养； 5、与产品紧密配合，寻找业务突破口。

1、计算机、通信和电子信息科学等相关专业优先，过硬的编码能力； 2、熟练掌握各种前端技术，深入了解JS及浏览器底层原理； 3、对RN/Weex/小程序等相关跨端框架有实践或了解，有过安卓/iOS任意一端实践经验优先； 4、有较强责任意识，具备良好的沟通协作能力； 5、理解工程化思想，对构建和持续集成有一定认识，熟悉一种构建工具； 6、对网站重构有丰富经验、对动画渲染引擎有经验、有Node经验且深入了解Node原理者优先，有成功作品或微前端经验者额外加分。
