1、体系搭建：负责国际化广告业务客户/代理商治理体系建设，围绕客户/代理商准入、广告投放、年框签约、激励规则等关键环节，搭建完整的治理框架； 2、策略设计：负责治理相关策略、政策和流程设计，识别业务链路中的风险问题，推动治理框架的持续迭代，提升规则有效性和执行的一致性； 3、风险盘点和项目落地：主导GBS客户/代理商业务风险盘点，形成清晰风险视图，结合业务影响和治理价值，明确优先级并推动重点方向的全球落地； 4、能力建设：联动BI,3M产品、数据、法务、风控等团队，推动治理能力线上化建设； 5、行业洞察：持续关注国际化广告业务行业变化、趋势和新型风险，快速识别异常问题，推动治理能力持续升级。

1、本科及以上学历，至少5年以上治理类战略、政策、运营相关工作经验；有管理咨询背景或复杂系统性问题解决经验者优先，熟悉互联网广告业务者优先； 2、具备较强的创新思维、逻辑与结构化思考能力，沟通协调能力优秀，责任心强，能够在复杂环境下高效推进全球项目落地； 3、具备较强的数据分析能力和规律总结能力，熟练使用数据可视化分析工具，能够基于数据分析支持复杂业务场景下的判断与决策； 4、英语流利可作为工作语言；有国际化工作经历或跨国公司工作经验者优先； 5、需要具备团队管理经验。
