1、统筹搜索评估标准落地建设与演进，识别规则空白与系统性偏差，制定可落地的判断口径，确保跨语言、跨场景的评估一致性； 2、与算法、产品团队深度协作，将积累的边界案例与规则洞见转化为模型训练与质量优化的驱动力，建立“研判—数据—模型”持续反馈闭环； 3、负责团队整体评估能力建设，制定分级培养路径，推动研判方法论的结构化沉淀（Golden案例、SOP、案例库等），提升团队应对复杂场景的自主判断能力； 4、从宏观视角识别高风险场景、质量异常与规则漏洞，推动长期治理方案的落地，并将业务问题转化为工具优化与机制改进的跨团队协同需求。

1、本科及以上学历，具备搜索评估、内容质量或数据运营领域的资深背景，能在信息冲突、规则不完整的复杂环境中做出权威可信的判断； 2、拥有管理实战经验，能为团队提供清晰的方向性指导，并在不确定性中建立秩序与标准； 3、具备较强的抽象能力，可将个案洞见系统化为可复用的评估框架，输出驱动AI评估基础设施的高质量数据产品； 4、具备优秀的跨团队协同与双语沟通能力（中英文），可与全球团队无障碍深度合作沟通； 5、具备较强的全局风险意识与负责人心态，有标准制定或规则体系建设经验者优先。
