1、负责TikTok搜索生态整体运营，围绕用户搜索需求构建高质量内容供给体系，持续提升搜索结果的覆盖度、相关性与体验； 2、从用户需求出发反推供给策略，制定并推进UGC、PGC等多元供给的增长与结构优化，提升“有内容且有好内容”的供给能力； 3、搭建搜索生态运营框架，包括创作者分层运营、激励机制与成长路径设计，提升核心供给侧活跃度、产出效率与留存；联动推荐、热点等内容场景，提升优质内容在搜索场景中的沉淀与复用效率，放大内容生命周期价值； 4、建立并完善生态治理机制，包括内容质量标准、分发规则与激励策略，在规模增长与生态健康之间取得平衡； 5、负责团队搭建与管理，推动与产品、算法、策略、增长等多团队高效协同，拆解复杂问题并确保策略落地拿结果。

1、具备5年及以上搜索或推荐或内容运营或策略/增长运营工作经验优先； 2、具备搜索产品理解力：熟悉召回、排序、意图识别、多模态搜索等基本概念，有过直接对接算法的经验； 3、数据分析能力：能独立完成数据诊断、指标体系搭建、实验设计与效果评估； 4、策略能力强：能在不确定场景下制定方向、拆解路径、推动落地； 5、跨团队合作能力强：能在产品、算法、内容、安全等多方之间推动复杂项目闭环； 6、英语可作为流利工作语言应用。
