1、主导并制定马来西亚TikTok Shop平台层面的整合营销策略与规划；将品牌健康度、市场洞察和业务表现转化为清晰的营销方向，包括活动构思与整体规划、平台流量增长计划，并监督数据表现、社交、内容、媒体和体验式渠道的全链路端到端执行； 2、主导马来西亚TikTok Shop B端营销的整体营销策略规划，提升平台影响力和商家满意度；工作包括但不限于：持续提升活动和关键政策的GTM效率，推动方法论的沉淀、案例库的巩固与推广，以及统筹商家峰会等B2B活动； 3、定义营销活动和市场项目的成功衡量指标，包括流量增长、转化率、ROI（投资回报率）和GMV贡献度；利用数据洞察持续优化营销策略，提升活动效率；推进活动复盘分析，以不断优化执行表现并沉淀未来策略； 4、领导并培养一支10+人的专业营销团队，涵盖活动营销规划、媒介规划、活动与合作伙伴关系以及内容营销等领域；在规划、执行和汇报的全流程中，与行业运营、达人、产品、及区域营销等跨职能团队进行高效的管理与协作。

1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、商业、传播学或相关领域的学士学位优先； 2、4年以上品牌营销、增长营销或整合营销岗位的经验，需具备电商背景； 3、具备全球化战略思维，精通国际数字化营销与线上线下活动策划，具备主导营销活动的成功经验，并能带来可衡量的业务增长（例如：提升GMV、用户量、转化率等）； 4、必须具备团队领导/管理经验，能够带领和培养高绩效团队，并为个人和团队制定清晰的发展愿景； 5、具备管理跨职能利益相关方的经验，擅长跨团队协同，可高效整合内外部资源； 6、精通英语，能够作为工作语言流畅使用，有国际留学或工作经验者优先。
