1、全权负责越南中小商家全链路增长体系，覆盖有效线索挖掘、商家入驻、首单成交、早期GMV爬坡全流程，整合多渠道制定统一商家招募方案，明确各渠道职责、转化漏斗口径、权责划分以及落地优先级，扩充优质商家供给、提升线索至商家激活的转化率，助力新商家完成冷启动、实现早期快速增长； 2、针对市场供给、平台定位、商家转化漏斗、行业趋势开展定性和定量深度调研，制定完整商家供给策略，包含潜在新商家来源分层与根因分析； 3、按商家分层制定招募与孵化策略，区分不同商家并匹配差异化招募渠道，对核心转化漏斗指标全权负责：线索量、新增商家数量与商家质量，深度评估商品供给与内容供给现状，挖掘新商家核心增长突破口； 4、管理BPO外包团队与合作方运营表现，包含商家线索分配、沟通话术、标准作业流程、转化跟进工作，统筹预算管理与成本管控，对照交付目标评估项目落地效果； 5、挖掘工具、产品、SOP流程中的优化空间，主动利用平台功能提升项目落地能力与执行效率。

1、本科及以上学历，具备团队管理经验； 2、5年及以上商家管理相关经验；拥有类目规划、商家分层运营、商家招募激励、商家孵化机制、商家增长体系搭建相关经验； 3、优秀数据分析能力，结构化思维，擅长提出方案，目标结果导向；优秀汇报表达能力，逻辑清晰，具备战略思考能力； 4、英语流利；出色沟通、组织与时间管理能力；能够适应多变的工作环境； 5、拥有越南或东南亚中小商家、经销商、零售商、工厂品牌、跨境商家的服务或运营经验；有管理外包、代理商、服务商、SaaS服务商或其他生态合作伙伴经验优先。
