1、达人与内容生态增长策略：完善达人与内容生态的阶段性增长策略，推动达人供给、内容供给及经营活跃度，及商业化增长的持续提升；基于数据分析、分层洞察与业务诊断，识别高潜达人、高潜内容场景及关键增长机会，持续优化生态供给结构；完善达人招募、激活、成长、分层运营等关键机制，推动不同阶段达人更有效地进入经营周期并实现可持续成长；联合产品推动达人标签体系、分层机制、成长路径及平台策略工具的持续完善，提升生态管理精度与运营效率； 2、内容经营与直播效率提升：负责直播与内容经营相关重点议题的策略设计与专项推动，围绕直播供给、直播效率、商播渗透、内容质量及场景转化持续寻找突破点；协同达人、行业、产品、资源及市场团队，推动直播供给、商播提效、IP、平台活动等重点业务的策略设计与落地复盘，识别流量获取、用户停留、转化效率、补贴效率、场景匹配等环节的关键问题，并推动优化；沉淀直播及内容经营方法论，推动高质量内容供给、创新场景、关键活动场次及重点经营；模式的规模化复制； 3、商家达人撮合及效率优化：结合平台收益目标，参与激励、活动、撮合工具、资源策略及其他商业化机制的设计、评估与迭代，关注投入产出效率与长期经营价值；协同行业、达人运营及相关团队，优化达人与商品、品牌、活动、营销场景之间的匹配效率，提升供需两端协同质量，提升平台整体商业化效率；从平台经营视角评估达人、商家、内容及资源投入的综合价值，平衡规模增长、利润效率和生态健康度； 4、专项与跨团队协同：围绕平台重点议题，独立拆解复杂业务问题，将策略方向转化为清晰、可执行、可衡量的项目方案，并推动高质量落地；建立重点项目复盘与方法论沉淀机制，将局部成功经验转化为更具通用性的运营框架和平台能力；在横向复杂协同场景中发挥较强影响力，推动团队及跨团队围绕关键指标和平台目标形成一致行动。

1、本科及以上学历，具备4年及以上电商、内容平台、策略运营或商业化运营相关经验；对内容电商、达人生态、直播经营、商播模式或平台运营有较深理解，能够从全链路视角判断业务问题与增长机会； 2、具备很强的结构化思维、问题拆解能力和业务判断力，能够在复杂的业务环境中形成清晰策略并推动落地；数据敏感，具备较强的经营分析与策略分析能力，能够基于数据、业务现象和机制理解输出严谨洞察与可执行建议； 3、具备较强的跨团队推动能力和影响力，能够在多团队协同、目标复杂、资源有限的环境下推动关键项目取得结果；具备较强的负责人意识，能够独立负责复杂专项或业务模块，对关键指标改善和平台经营结果形成实质贡献； 4、具备英文与中文沟通能力，能够支持日常跨团队及业务场景沟通； 5、有直接的内容电商、达人/KOL、直播运营、平台生态运营或商业化经营相关经验优先；有策略项目、机制设计、平台级专项、跨团队复杂协同或经营分析相关成功案例，且曾推动业务获得超预期产出者优先； 6、有管理经验，或曾带领小团队/项目组取得明显业务突破者优先；能够兼顾整体业务视角与细节执行，在高挑战环境中保持高适应性、强韧性与结果导向。
