1、与产品、工程团队紧密协作，从立项到上线全流程评审硬件与软件产品、功能及新项目，为全球市场提供务实、可落地的风险防控与合规方案； 2、审阅PRD、技术设计文档、系统架构图、API规范、数据流图等技术资料，将其转化为法律风险评估与可落地的合规指引； 3、深入研发一线，和工程师一起抠实现细节、评风险点、做工程取舍，把合规要求前置嵌进产品设计里，提出技术可行的合规方案并协同落地，而非仅识别风险； 4、就消费者保护、隐私、知识产权、网络安全等议题，联动全球各领域专家输出整合式法律建议，跟踪全球立法与监管动态，及时向业务输出可执行建议； 5、跨职能协调产品、工程、公共政策、公关、信任与安全、市场等团队，跨时区支持产品在全球市场的发布； 6、独立端到端负责法律事务，从接案到闭环全程跟进，推动及时交付，按需为团队提供通用法律支持。

1、法学本科学历及以上，持有中国律师执业证，base北京或上海； 2、英语听说读写流利，能直接用英语和国际团队讨论问题、起草与审核法律文件，持有国际化律师执业证优先； 3、取得律师资格后，在律所或企业法务岗拥有10年以上法律工作经验，有全球科技、消费电子或游戏公司的法务经验者优先； 4、有在产品全生命周期中，为产品和工程团队提供法律与监管咨询的实操经验，具备以下一个或多个领域经验：消费级硬件、软件与操作系统、XR/VR平台、消费者保护监管、知识产权、数据保护与隐私法； 5、能够适应前沿技术工作，并持续跟踪技术能力的演进及其带来的新监管风险点，注重细节、可独立工作，能在多业务线并行下处理大量事务，具备跨时区与全球业务及法务团队高效协作的能力； 6、有VR/XR产品、消费硬件、手游与主机游戏，或数字内容平台相关经验优先，有起草和谈判商业协议的经验，包括分销、许可、服务及合作安排优先。
