1、负责TikTok用户增长业务的多端研发，业务交付，优化性能、体验与转化效率，推动业务指标增长； 2、主导架构设计与技术攻坚，结合业务目标制定技术方案，跨团队推进落地； 3、建设AI-Native工具与平台，涵盖Agent、Workflow、知识库、评测与质量治理，推动AI在增长业务及研发提效中的落地。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，具备扎实的编码与系统设计能力； 2、深入掌握大前端技术栈，具备客户端与跨端研发实践，能够独立完成复杂模块设计与交付，有性能优化、稳定性治理及组件化经验； 3、具备较强的AI Agent开发与工程化能力，具备AI Coding工作流的开发及实践，能够构建可观测、可评测的AI工作流； 4、具备业务与数据意识，能够主动解决问题、推动实验并取得可量化成果，具备良好的协作与项目推进能力； 5、有中后台、平台服务或高复杂系统研发经验，有用户增长、活动营销或增长实验经验为加分项； 6、有AI Native产品或平台从0到1、平台化与规模化落地经验为加分项。
